We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with expertise in testing, automation, and software quality.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for a combination of testing, automation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform automated testing to ensure software quality. Conduct performance, load, and stress tests.
- Create test plans and cases based on user stories and specifications.
- Work with developers, product owners, and designers to understand requirements and provide feedback.
- Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensure test environments are set up correctly.
- Identify, document, and track defects. Perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
- Track key quality metrics and provide regular updates on test results and defect trends.
- Implement process improvements and promote best practices in software quality assurance.
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools (like Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Playwright).
- Proven track record in creating and executing test plans and strategies.
- Experience in performance, load, and stress testing.
- Familiarity with integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.
