Job Title: Support Associate

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to support our editorial team.

The ideal candidate will be resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks with efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements with precision.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and calls on behalf of our team with professionalism and discretion.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and business engagements with internal teams and external partners effectively.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with trustworthiness.
  • Assist with personal and business-related tasks, including documentation and filing.
  • Oversee project deadlines, reminders, and follow-ups with diligence.
  • Liaise with vendors and external parties as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role with strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and task management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and multitask efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Discretion and trustworthiness in handling confidential matters.
