Project Associate Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support our architectural projects in the US. This role requires strong analytical skills, including data visualization, financial tracking, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project managers to plan, track, and execute architectural projects.
  • Maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, consultants, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Organize project documentation, contracts, and reports.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Analyze project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation using Excel and other reporting tools.
  • Create dashboards and reports using pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and other advanced Excel functions.
  • Provide insights to leadership on project performance metrics.
  • Assist in forecasting and workload planning based on project data.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Experience in project coordination, preferably in an architecture or construction firm.
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization, automation).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Note: Familiarity with architectural design processes and industry terminology is beneficial. Experience with project management software is also advantageous.
