**Job Overview**

A Business Manager - Design will oversee the management of 12 to 15 designing projects on a monthly basis, leading a team of 6 to 10 designers.

  • Project Management: Leading and guiding designing projects from conception to completion.
  • Team Leadership: Managing the productivity and work output of a team of designers through effective leadership, training, and design discussions.
  • Customer Experience: Maintaining and enhancing customer relationships through excellent service and communication.
  • Design Quality: Ensuring high-quality designs that meet customer expectations and rating standards.
  • Training and Development: Providing required training and development opportunities for designers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Design Discussions: Facilitating and managing design discussions to ensure effective collaboration and decision-making.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage multiple designing projects simultaneously.
  • Lead and motivate a team of designers to achieve high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
