Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and customize Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript to enhance user experience and site performance.
  • Optimize site speed and user experience by implementing efficient coding practices and optimizing site assets.
  • Create and maintain integrations between Shopify, CRM, fulfillment, analytics, and marketing tools to streamline processes and eliminate manual work.
  • Build automated workflows using Zapier, Make.com, or n8n to automate tasks and improve productivity.
  • Implement SEO best practices including structured data, page speed improvements, and clean URL structures to increase online visibility.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and analytics teams to optimize conversion tracking and improve sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • Strong coding skills in Liquid, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript for theme customization and performance optimization.
  • Experience with automation tools like Zapier, Make.com, or n8n to connect systems and streamline workflows.
Bonus Requirements:
  • Experience setting up advanced tracking solutions like GA4 and server-side tagging.
  • Familiarity with 3rd-party apps and Shopify Plus features.
  • Understanding of SEO technical requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as computer science or information technology.
  • 3–5+ years of hands-on Shopify development experience at a brand with high revenue.
  • Proven coding experience with Liquid, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
