Main Responsibilities
  • Manage and recover outstanding payments from customers via effective communication, negotiation, and dispute resolution.
  • Analyze and resolve customer concerns related to billing, payments, or account discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process and reconcile orders to match customer records, including validating credits or debits and sending them for collection or refund.
  • Organize remittances for cash/Wire/Cheque payments received and apply them to the correct invoice using Remittance Advice.
