Job Title : Network Engineer Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled network engineer with expertise in advanced networking technologies, Arista equipment and hands-on troubleshooting at the packet level.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Troubleshoot complex networking issues at the packet capture level to ensure optimal network performance and reliability.
  • Work on Spine-Leaf Architectures (L2LS/L3LS) including MLAG, VXLAN, EVPN, BGP, OSPF to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Monitor, configure and manage Arista switches and equipment to ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Perform upgrades, patches and vulnerability fixes on network devices to prevent security breaches and downtime.
  • Deploy, optimize and validate new Arista network solutions to meet evolving business needs and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Arista TAC for escalations and advanced automation to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
  • Automate network operations using Arista APIs / Python scripting to increase productivity and reduce manual errors.
  • Conduct network audits, performance analysis and implement best practices to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide L2/L3 technical support and escalate issues as required to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.

Requirements :

  • 5+ years of overall networking experience with at least 3 years in TAC/network operations.
  • Strong expertise in L2/L3 protocols (BGP, OSPF, VXLAN, EVPN, MLAG).
  • Hands-on experience with Arista switches is a strong plus.
  • Solid understanding of Spine-Leaf architecture and data center networking.
  • Experience with network automation using APIs and scripting (Python preferred).
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication (written & verbal) and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with business & technical teams.
Network Engineer Requirements

This role requires a highly skilled network engineer with a deep understanding of advanced networking technologies, Arista equipment and hands-on troubleshooting at the packet level. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in L2/L3 protocols, hands-on experience with Arista switches and a solid understanding of Spine-Leaf architecture and data center networking.
