We are seeking a highly skilled Communication Strategist to lead our integrated communication and marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that strengthen our employer brand and talent experience.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies across multiple channels.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize messaging, channel performance, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content and ensure brand consistency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including media, influencers, and community leaders.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 6-8 years of progressive experience in communications or marketing roles.
  • Strong attention to detail, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences and channels.
  • A proven track record of sound judgment in managing communications for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work with urgency, agility, and a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate, influence, and build trust across teams and geographies.
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience managing and scaling high-performing teams, with operations oversight, is preferred. Strong expertise in brand positioning, storytelling, and engagement strategies is also desired. Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels are required. Proficiency in AI tools, digital communication platforms, and reporting/dashboard tools is expected.
