Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to engage our photography community, enhancing brand interaction and loyalty.
  • Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align community engagement activities with company goals.
  • Identify and collaborate with key influencers to expand our reach and visibility in the photography community.
  • Manage communication and feedback channels, ensuring community input shapes our tech tool's evolution.
  • Analyze community engagement metrics to assess the effectiveness of initiatives and inform future strategies.
  • Organize and lead community events and initiatives to encourage participation and strengthen community bonds.
  • Monitor social platforms and media for brand mentions and engage proactively with our audience.
  • Support customer service teams by providing community insights that improve user experiences and satisfaction.
