Euclid Innovations is a leading company in the industry, and we are seeking a highly skilled HR Operations Manager to join our team.

 

Estimated Salary: ₹2,500,000 - ₹4,500,000 per annum

This compensation package reflects the job's requirements and the location of Hyderabad, India.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Operations Management: The successful candidate will oversee daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements. This includes managing payroll, benefits administration, leave management, and maintaining up-to-date employee records.
  • Employee Retention and Engagement: We require someone who can develop and implement retention strategies to minimize turnover and boost employee satisfaction. This involves conducting exit interviews, identifying trends, and collaborating with leadership to create programs that foster a positive and engaging work environment.
  • Compliance and Audit: The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and statutory requirements. They will prepare and manage HR audits, ensuring all documentation meets legal and organizational standards.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management: We need someone to oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for employees. They should also address employee concerns and grievances promptly to maintain trust and a collaborative culture.

 

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • A Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in HR operations, preferably in the staffing or IT services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, payroll management, and compliance requirements.
  • Expertise in HRMS/HRIS tools and advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute retention programs and strategies.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience managing teams and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
