Data Architect – Snowflake & Matillion

  • Lead the development of a comprehensive data architecture strategy focusing on Snowflake and Matillion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design an end-to-end data architecture that integrates Snowflake and Matillion for seamless data ingestion, transformation, and storage.
  • Establish and maintain data modeling standards, data flows, and architecture best practices to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design robust data pipelines that meet business requirements.
  • Evaluate and implement measures to ensure data security, access controls, and compliance.
  • Optimize Snowflake performance through clustering, caching, query tuning, and cost management strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data engineering/architecture.
  • Proven expertise in Snowflake (multi-cluster warehouses, role-based access, data sharing).
  • Strong pipeline development skills with Matillion ETL.
  • Proficiency in data modeling and scalable cloud data platforms.
  • Advanced SQL and scripting skills (Python or Bash).
