Technical Specialist Role

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in JD Edwards, with expertise in various technical areas including FDA, RDA, NER, BSFN, and power forms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate testing outcomes during the implementation lifecycle of JD Edwards.
  • Troubleshoot development issues and recommend effective solutions.
  • Conduct unit tests to verify application functionality against requirements/design specifications.
  • Provide recommendations for system enhancements as required.
  • Analyze risk mitigation strategies during system improvements.
  • Investigate and resolve issue analysis and bug fixing, debugging, and troubleshooting Standard Programs in JDE (NERs, C BFNs, etc.).
  • Train internal JDEdwards technical teams on technical aspects.
  • Experience with BI Publisher and integrating JD Edwards with external systems using Business Services/Orchestrator is essential.
