Job Title: Fitness Manager

To achieve success in this role, you will be responsible for maintaining open communication channels with the Format and Operations Team on all aspects of training experience and Personal Training revenue.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to ensure that the agreed-upon metrics for Training PR, PT PR, PT session completion %, PT renewal %, PT SOP completion %, Trial to pack cvr %, lead generation, Goal achievement, and PT revenue generation are met on a monthly basis.

The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to all training and workflow SOP's by Personal Trainers and general trainers, including leave and shift management if required.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that there is sufficient training guidance present on the gym floor for members to deliver a safe and effective training experience.

A key aspect of this role is the smooth launch of new product and experience features at the gym, which requires proactive feedback and insight collection from members and trainers.

You will take ownership of the proper working of all gym facilities and take necessary steps to ensure their maintenance.

Additionally, you will ensure that personal training targets are achieved on a monthly basis.

Ultimately, your goal will be to deliver exceptional personal training experiences to clients by maintaining benchmark PR, Pack completion % and success achievement.
