Our organization is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented legal professional to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the company's compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

This exciting opportunity will involve reviewing contracts, conducting legal research, and providing advice on corporate governance matters. You will work closely with senior legal counsel and other departments to safeguard the company's legal interests and maintain required compliance standards.

As a successful candidate, you will have a strong background in contract law, commercial agreements, and regulatory compliance. Your proficiency in email and Microsoft Office applications, as well as your ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, will be highly valued.

">Key Responsibilities">
  • Reviewing contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws;
  • Conducting legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards;
  • Providing advice and recommendations on legal risks and compliance matters to internal stakeholders;

Other responsibilities include assisting in corporate governance matters, supporting the legal team with dispute resolution and litigation, and handling general legal administrative tasks.

  • Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent degree;
  • 4-6 years of experience in a law firm or in-house experience;
  • Proficiency in email and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint);
  • Understanding of contract laws and commercial agreements.
