Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and internal governance frameworks. Team LeadershipBuild and lead a high-performing legal team aligned with the organization's strategic goals. Mentor and guide junior legal professionals, fostering a culture of compliance, integrity, and performance.
Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB); Master's degree (LLM) preferred.10 years of progressive legal experience, with substantial experience in corporate law, M&A, venture funding, and compliance.
