Job Title

This role involves overseeing Property Management Services at a facility site, ensuring smooth operations by enhancing efficiency using innovation and technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facility Management: Ensuring that all structures, building facilities, and services are properly maintained. Conducting daily site rounds to ensure proper maintenance.
  • Budgeting and Financial Management: Formulating suitable budgeting controls and monitoring SLAs and KPIs for effective service deliverance. Ensuring timely renewal of agreements, submission of invoices, and follow-ups for payments.
  • Vendor Management: Overseeing all vendor quotations and invoices, ensuring proper signoffs for attendance and cost sheet submission.
  • Human Resource Planning: Manpower planning for the site, playing a major role in hiring processes.
  • Team Management: Ensuring proper teamwork for all facilities. Assisting client SPOC in creating annual budgets for site operations and formulating strategies for effective management.
  • Data Management: Reviewing and ensuring data, hard and soft copy, e-mails, and client files are updated.
  • Communication: Dealing with occupant queries in verbal and written form, ensuring robust complaint management processes are in place.
  • Business Continuity Planning: Creating business continuity plans, resolving emergency maintenance matters with urgency, maintaining exemplary relationship management with projects, consultants, contractors, government authorities, and statutory agencies.
