Job Title: Instrumentation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Instrumentation Specialist to join our team in maintaining and troubleshooting instrumentation systems in various manufacturing environments.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of process automation, including PLC programming (Allen Bradley, Siemens), software like Factory Talk View, TIA Portal, Simatic Manager, and experience with computerized system validation, inventory management, user management, and PPV of process control systems.

A key responsibility of this role is planning, monitoring, and reviewing calibration activities according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining plant machinery as per SOPs and working closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

The selected candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also have a solid understanding of relevant industry standards and regulations.

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality results, has excellent communication skills, and can work collaboratively as part of a team.

This position requires 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an API manufacturing plant setting. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance procedures is also essential.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering principles, hands-on experience with instrumentation maintenance, VFD, and UPS maintenance, and proficiency in using software tools for process automation.
