You'll also manage loan portfolios by monitoring repayments and collections activities, communicating effectively with borrowers to resolve delinquent accounts. To succeed in this role, you'll need a minimum of 2 years of experience in credit management, with a proven track record in credit underwriting. Specialization in education loan or other loan types is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are essential. Qualification: CA (Chartered Accountant)/MBA (Finance) is required.
