A Technical Expert is needed to ensure the reliability and performance of our software systems. As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will play a vital role in identifying and solving complex problems that impact the availability and security of our applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical expertise and support in AI/ML environments
  • Expertise in GenAI models (e.g., GPT, Claude) and frameworks (e.g., RAG)
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and DevOps tools
  • Strong proficiency in Python, Shell scripting, and other relevant programming languages
  • Knowledge of database management systems (SQL/Sybase/Mongo DB) and data warehouses (Snowflake, Databricks)
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools like Splunk, AppDynamics, Autosys, Grafana/Loki/Prometheus
  • ITIL application support management processes: Incident/Problem/Service/Jira management
  • Kubernetes and Containerization: Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes
Requirements:
  • 7-12 years of experience in technical support or engineering
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong command and control with good communication and interpersonal skills
