Senior Frontend Developer Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Frontend Developer to drive high-performance, scalable, and visually compelling web applications.

This role requires a seasoned developer who can take ownership of complex projects, architect front-end solutions, and mentor junior engineers.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences using modern JavaScript frameworks and Tailwind CSS.

  • Leading concurrent technical projects and working closely with clients to gather requirements
  • Translating client requirements into clear tasks for the engineering team
  • Managing cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development
  • Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
  • Experience with React.js, state management libraries (Redux), Tailwind CSS, and component-driven UI development
  • Solid understanding of design systems, UI/UX principles, accessibility, and responsive design
  • Experience with CI/CD, Git workflows, Agile methodologies

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with micro-frontends or large-scale, distributed front-end architectures
  • Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) for front-end environments
  • Contribution to open-source projects or a strong GitHub portfolio
