Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Technology Architect to lead our company's digital transformation. This role requires a strong understanding of technology, data analysis, and business acumen to drive innovation and growth.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Ruby on Rails and JavaScript front-end technologies, with a strong focus on efficiency, user experience, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement technology strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and develop complex software systems
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
  • Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends to ensure our technology remains cutting-edge

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer programming, computer science, or a related field
  • 10-14 years of experience with primary expertise in Ruby on Rails and familiarity with JavaScript front-end technologies
  • Strong understanding of the web development cycle and programming techniques and tools
  • Excellent project and time management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently or with a group
