The project goal is to ensure the quality, security, reliability, and compliance of our solutions by applying digital principles and implementing functional and non-functional requirements.

Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and improving digital products and technology services we provide to our clients and employees. This involves analyzing user needs, developing new features, automated testing, and deployment.

As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for building observability into our solutions, monitoring production health, helping to resolve incidents, and remediate the root cause of risks and issues.

Other key responsibilities include understanding, representing, and advocating for client needs, sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues, helping with hiring, and contributing regularly to our engineering culture and internal communities.

Mandatory skills and qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computers or equivalent focusing code development and maintenance. Ideal candidates will have 8+ years of experience in a similar position focused on Core banking integration area in a development role.

Required skills and qualifications also include strong communication skills, good knowledge in Java and relevant Java tech stack, awareness of clean code and clean coding practices, test-driven development, API first design, modern architecture and design patterns, and good troubleshooting skills.
