Role Overview

The HRIS Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for supporting technical initiatives and projects related to Talent Acquisition. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of the configuration of iCIMS ATS platforms and related integrations, as well as excellent communication and organization skills.

This specialist will address enhancements and issues within the iCIMS ATS system and its integrations, and work with functional stakeholders and technical team members to support the rollout of this system to global users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver the technical components of iCIMS global rollouts and enhancements, including configuration of enhancements and fixing production issues.
  • Coordinate with iCIMS technical support and partner with integration team members to achieve technical deliverables.
  • Ensure requirements, fixes, and testing processes are clearly documented and outlined.
  • Partners effectively with HRIS staff to rollout enhancements or system changes.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and identify root cause of issues within the iCIMS ATS and integrations.
  • Communicate UAT testing plans, root cause analysis for issues, timelines, and production migration status to business users/stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Expertise in cloud-based multi-tenant systems.
  • Ability to work with others on solutions.
  • 4+ years related experience.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communications.
  • Excellent project management skills.

This role will be responsible for ensuring all technical deliverables moving to production are tested, have proper signoff, and are technically sound. The ideal candidate will have the ability to interpret business requirements into technical specifications and support delivery of said requirements in a timely and efficient manner.

This role will work closely with business customers, their client groups, functional stakeholders, and HRIS team members. The ideal candidate will have the ability to communicate complex technical matters to all levels of leadership, aligning communication style to the needs of the customer.
