We are seeking an accomplished Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of integration projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in leading delivery teams and managing integration-related projects.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  1. Demand Management & Onboarding Process: Establish and manage the demand management and onboarding process for initiatives and projects requiring integration with our digital backbone.
  2. Project Leadership: Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of integration projects, from initial planning and requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support.
  3. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors. Effectively manage expectations, communicate progress, and resolve issues to ensure project success.
  4. Resource Management: Allocate and manage project resources, including team members, budget, and technology assets, to optimize efficiency and meet project deadlines.
  5. Methodology & Process: Implement and refine agile and other project management methodologies to ensure predictable and high-quality delivery. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and project metrics.
  6. Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues. Develop contingency plans and escalate critical issues as needed.
  7. Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Mentor and coach team members, provide constructive feedback, and support professional development.
  8. Technical Acumen: Possess a good understanding of integration technologies, such as APIs, events, message queues, Azure Integration Services, and SAP BTP IS, to effectively guide technical teams and make informed decisions.
  9. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and align with business objectives. Oversee testing, security, and compliance aspects of the integration platform.

The preferred candidate profile includes:

  • Experience: 15+ years of experience in leading delivery or project management roles, specifically within the integration domain.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience managing integration-related projects is highly preferred.
  • Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of API-led connectivity, event-driven architecture, data integration patterns, and cloud-based integration services.
  • Agile Methodologies: Proven experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and other project management methodologies.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively present information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a cross-functional team.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CSM) is a plus.
