**Financial Operations Manager Role**

This is a full-time role responsible for managing and overseeing the financial activities of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, financial auditing, and compliance. The individual will prepare financial reports, conduct financial analysis, and ensure accurate financial record-keeping.

We are seeking a qualified Financial Operations Manager to join our corporate finance team, overseeing end-to-end financial management with a focus on consolidation, compliance, and performance analysis. The manager will act as a bridge between unit-level finance teams and corporate leadership, ensuring financial accuracy, regulatory adherence, and business-driven insights.

  • Consolidate monthly and annual accounts across all units.
  • Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports, variance analysis, and dashboards for management.
  • Manage statutory, tax, and internal audits specific to the industry.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Monitor cash flows, working capital, and treasury management at group level.
  • Support annual budgeting and reforecasting for each unit.
  • Standardize accounting processes and internal controls across properties.
  • Liaise with banks, auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.

**Qualifications & Skills**

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3–7 years post-qualification experience.
  • Prior experience in hospitality / multi-unit business is strongly preferred.
  • Sound knowledge of hotel accounting, tax compliance, and financial controls.
  • Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
