Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to lead our international sales initiatives and forge strong client partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have experience in driving global growth, building lasting relationships, and delivering tailored solutions to clients in the engineering/manufacturing sector.

You will collaborate with technical teams to develop strategic plans, identify new market opportunities, and represent us at trade shows and exhibitions.

  • IDentify and qualify new market opportunities worldwide
  • Build and maintain relationships with international clients and partners
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and sales forecasting
  • Prepare technical proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with overseas customers
  • Drive lead generation, CRM management (Salesforce/HubSpot), and reporting
  • Coordinate with engineering, order processing, and logistics teams
  • Participate in international trade shows, exhibitions, and business meetings
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering + MBA (Marketing/Sales preferred)
  • 3–6 years in engineering/manufacturing sales with 3+ years in international markets
  • Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
  • Proficient in CRM software, MS Office, and sales analytics tools
  • Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Nagpur; ready for international travel
