The ideal candidate will have a strong professional background in contract management and procurement, with at least 7 years of experience. They should be proficient in drafting and managing complex IT Request for Proposal documents, vendor contracts, and Service Level Agreement frameworks.

  • Strong knowledge of software licensing, cloud services procurement, and IT infrastructure acquisition strategies
  • Experience in monitoring compliance with procurement, legal, and regulatory frameworks across the organization
  • Skilled in defining proposal templates, procurement models, and evaluation frameworks for large scale IT projects
  • Oversight of contract clauses for transition, knowledge transfer, licensing, and ownership of IT assets to ensure seamless operations
  • Monitoring contractual compliance of system integrators and third party supplier agreements to minimize risks
  • Proficient in aligning procurement frameworks with enterprise application development and architecture needs to achieve strategic objectives
  • Experienced in risk assessment, documentation, and governance across procurement and contracts to drive business growth
