About the Role

This expert position is responsible for managing the contract implementation process, leading the invoicing function to guaranteeing billing accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with client-specific requirements. The role also serves as Finance POC for cross-functional projects, participating in project scoping, success definition, and UAT closure. By managing upstream contracts and downstream invoicing together, this position ensures seamless revenue flow, risk mitigation, and transparent reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Lifecycle Management: Ensure contracts comply with finance policies, revenue recognition rules, service provision and audit requirements.
  • Lead the team responsible for implementing contracts and managing centralized repository and maintaining version control.
  • Invoicing & Billing Management: Lead the invoicing team to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant customer billing, aligning invoicing practices with contract terms, purchase orders (POs), payment schedules, and customer-specific requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between Finance, Sales, Legal, and RevOps for seamless contract-to-cash execution, collaborate with RevOps and IT to integrate contract and invoicing processes into Salesforce/ERP.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or Business; MBA is a plus.
  • 10–14 years of experience in Finance, Contracts Management, Invoicing, or Revenue Assurance in SaaS/B2B.
  • 2–3 years of experience leading contracts/invoicing/finance operations teams.
  • Prior exposure to cross-functional project delivery and system implementations is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS contracts, invoicing workflows, revenue recognition, and compliance frameworks.
  • Hands-on expertise in Salesforce CRM, CLM systems, and ERP/Finance platforms (Oracle, SAP, etc.).
  • Proficiency in UAT/project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Agile).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
