Job Title: Legal Specialist- Customer Contracts

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to take on a key role in reviewing and negotiating customer contracts.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in contract negotiation, with a strong understanding of commercial and operational risks. They will be able to work independently, reviewing and negotiating IT contracts with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and alliance partners globally.

The successful candidate will also have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate with procurement, business, and delivery functions for transaction closure. They will be required to prepare monthly reports on transactions received and provide inputs on contractual, commercial, and operational risks.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and negotiate customer agreements
  • Provide legal support for ongoing contract management activities
  • Work closely with external legal counsel to structure, prepare, and finalize agreements
  • Participate in discussions with internal stakeholders and external advisors during the contracting process
  • Manage and guide junior lawyers
  • Negotiate IT outsourcing contracts and other types of IT contracts with customers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent
  • At least 4-8 years of experience in contract negotiation
  • Strong understanding of commercial and operational risks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
