Job Title: IT Project Management Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT project management lead to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of IT projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure timely delivery.
  • Drive SLA-driven service delivery with a focus on governance, compliance, and continuous service improvement.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Severity 1 & Severity 2 issues, coordinating swift resolution with minimal impact to business operations.
  • Develop and maintain 24/7 coverage rosters to ensure uninterrupted service availability.
  • Oversee the preparation, review, and approval of Root Cause Analysis documents, ensuring accuracy and timely closure.
  • Effectively manage and refine the project backlog, collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize work items aligned with business goals.
  • Anticipate risks proactively, establish mitigation strategies, and address issues before they escalate.
  • Maintain a consistent reporting cadence (weekly, monthly dashboards, progress updates) to clients and internal leadership.
  • Document and track all activities with high attention to detail, including Minutes of Meeting, decision logs, and follow-ups.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring clear, empathetic, and professional communication at all times.
