Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our research and engineering teams as an AI/ML development specialist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on real-world projects, develop and optimize AI/ML models, and contribute to data preprocessing and evaluation pipelines.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing and testing algorithms in Python for applied AI/ML use cases.
  • Applying data structures and algorithms concepts to optimize code for efficiency.
  • Contributing to data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation pipelines.
  • Working under the guidance of senior researchers and engineers to develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts.
  • Documenting technical processes and contributing to knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Hands-on Python programming experience.
  • Strong basics in AI/ML concepts (supervised and unsupervised learning, evaluation metrics, model training/testing workflows).
  • Good understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA).
  • Familiarity with popular ML libraries and frameworks (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch).
  • Problem-solving mindset, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
