Associate - Chairman's Office

About the Role

This is a full-time position for an Associate who will be responsible for assisting the Chairman with daily tasks, including conducting research, drafting communications, analyzing data, and preparing reports.

The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, organizing events, and managing the Chairman's schedule. The Associate will also contribute to strategy development and policy formulation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and analyze data to support the Chairman's decision-making process.
  • Draft communications and reports to ensure timely and effective dissemination of information.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
  • Organize events and manage the Chairman's schedule to ensure seamless execution.
  • Contribute to strategy development and policy formulation to drive organizational growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Research and Data Analysis skills: Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data to inform business decisions.
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication skills: Excellent writing and presentation skills to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
  • Experience in Strategy Development and Policy Formulation: Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategies and policies.
  • Organizational and Event Management skills: Ability to plan and execute events, manage schedules, and coordinate with teams.
  • Ability to manage schedules and coordinate with various stakeholders: Strong time management and interpersonal skills to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications to perform various tasks.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector: Knowledge of the healthcare industry and its trends would be beneficial.
  • Bachelor's degree in Health or a clinical degree: A degree in health or a clinical field is required.
