The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of quality management principles, processes, and tools. They will be experienced in implementing and maintaining quality systems that ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

">Key Responsibilities:">
  • Developing and implementing quality policies, procedures, and work instructions to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to identify and address quality-related issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintaining and improving the Quality Management System, including metrics and reporting.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment on quality goals and objectives.
  • Providing guidance and support to team members on quality-related matters.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (e.g., Mechanical, Aerospace).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Proven track record of implementing and maintaining quality systems that drive business results.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with quality management frameworks (e.g., ISO 9001) and statistical process control (SPC).
  • Experience with quality tools such as FMEA, PPAP, and APQP is highly desirable.
