Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our dynamic IT Infrastructure Engineering team. As a project leader, you will be instrumental in guiding project delivery, managing Agile ceremonies, and enabling engineering teams to execute with clarity and efficiency.

  • Avoid Agile & Scrum Facilitation failures: Lead bi-weekly sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives across multiple infrastructure engineering squads.
  • Ensure Project Delivery & Execution success: Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle across multiple infrastructure domains, from planning and scope definition to execution and closure.
  • Foster Atlassian Tooling & Governance best practices: Own and administer Jira projects, JSM, Advanced Roadmaps, dashboards, filters, and reporting structures that support team-level and portfolio-level visibility.
  • Improve Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary coordination point between Infrastructure Engineering, Security, DevOps, PMO, and business partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Agile Ceremonies Management

As a Project Coordinator, you will lead the following Agile ceremonies:

  • Bi-weekly sprint planning sessions to set project goals and objectives.
  • Daily stand-up meetings to discuss progress and address challenges.
  • Backlog grooming to prioritize tasks and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Retrospectives to reflect on successes and areas for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a Project Manager or Scrum Master role within IT infrastructure, cloud engineering, or enterprise systems environments.
  • Advanced proficiency with Atlassian Jira, Jira Product Discovery, Advanced Roadmaps, and Confluence.
  • Proven experience facilitating Agile delivery for multiple concurrent teams, with a strong grasp of Scrum and hybrid project methodologies.
