- Partner with Operations Teams, Technology, Product, Sales, and Program Management.
- Identify and address vulnerabilities in fund servicing processes, leveraging continuous improvement expertise.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated expertise in fund accounting and administration, with at least five years of experience.
- Proficiency in identifying and resolving issues related to accounting or securities transactions.
- Proven ability to implement operational procedures and controls, focusing on cybersecurity and anti-fraud measures.
- Advanced emotional intelligence skills, with a proven track record of building trusting relationships and influencing better outcomes.
