Job Description

This position will support our technical and operational lease accounting function, ensuring complete and accurate financial reporting. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining proper accounting and documentation of all activity in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
  • Performing analysis of legal documents and determining lease classification in accordance with U.S. GAAP ASC 842.
  • Reviewing lease classification testing in accordance with U.S. GAAP ASC 842.

You will collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure accurate accounting and reporting of lease transactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent experience.
  • Chartered Accountant certification preferred.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of public accounting or large multinational company accounting experience.
  • Proficient understanding of U.S. GAAP-based financial accounting (ASC 842, Lease Accounting).
