Job Opportunity

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller. The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients over the phone, managing inquiries, and providing information about our services.

Daily Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Maintaining updated client databases to ensure efficient communication.
  • Following up on leads in a timely manner to drive sales growth.
  • Handling both inbound and outbound calls with exceptional customer service skills.
  • Providing support to the sales team by setting appointments and coordinating communication between clients and architects/designers.

Necessary Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication and excellent phone etiquette are essential for success in this role.
  • The ability to handle multiple phone calls and manage time efficiently is crucial.
  • Experience in customer service and maintaining client relationships is highly valued.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software to update client information is necessary.
  • A basic understanding of architecture and interior design is beneficial but not required.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is the minimum educational requirement; additional qualifications in sales or customer service are advantageous.
