Job Title: Expert Telecaller

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Expert Telecaller to join our team.

  • This is a full-time on-site role for an Expert Telecaller located in Salem. The Expert Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing detailed information about our travel packages, answering customer inquiries, and handling bookings.

Main Responsibilities:

  • FOLLOW UP ON LEADS
  • Maintain Customer Databases
  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction through Professional Communication and Problem-Solving

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS IN TAMIL, ENGLISH AND HINDI
  • Experience with Customer Service and Outbound Calling
  • Strong Persuasion and Negotiation Skills
  • Proficiency in Using CRM Software and Maintaining Customer Databases
  • Able to Understand the Nature of Work
  • Able to Work Independently and as Part of a Team
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent; A Degree in Business Administration or a Related Field is a Plus
  • Experience in the Travel and Tourism Industry is Beneficial
  • Problem-Solving Skills and a Customer-Focused and Polite Attitude
