Product Engineering Leadership

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hardware and software product development, with significant leadership exposure. They will be responsible for leading and managing various engineering projects, ensuring alignment across teams.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end product architecture and requirements.
  • Ensure integration readiness for each project milestone.
  • Lead the design and implementation of engineering functions at a global level.
  • Improve, train, and support teams in adopting and adhering to engineering processes and governance standards.
  • Promote effective use of development and testing tools across teams.
  • Support the management team in prioritizing and assigning work across teams.
  • Provide regular updates on progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders and the broader business.
  • Lead technical documentation, design reviews, and cross-functional team collaboration.
  • Track and manage project milestones, activities, tasks, and changes through formal systems.
Requirements
  • Resourceful, with strong problem-solving and resolution skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • 12+ years of experience in hardware and software product development, with significant leadership exposure.
  • Experience with SolidWorks for mechanical design.
  • Hands-on experience with PCB design and development.
  • Background in both mechanical and electrical engineering disciplines.
  • Strong process improvement and governance expertise.
  • Experience managing stakeholders in a global environment.
