About the Role:

The incumbent will be responsible for finding suitable doctors for TechClinic Connect Pvt Ltd, managing the process from sourcing to offer negotiation to ensure the candidates fit the company's needs.


  • The incumbent will collaborate with hiring managers regularly and proactively identify future hiring requirements to attract candidates using various sources.
  • The key responsibility of the Medical Recruitment Specialist is to ensure that the company attracts, hires, and retains top talent, while developing a strong talent pipeline.
Job Responsibilities:

Design and Strategy:


  • Develop and implement a comprehensive recruiting strategy for hiring doctors.
  • Design and update job descriptions and specifications.
  • Perform job analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to relevant job boards and platforms.

Sourcing and Screening:


  • Sourcing candidates' profiles via different platforms using databases, social media, referrals, and other resources.
  • Screening candidates' resumes and job applications based on the job specifications.

Interview Scheduling:


  • Conduct and schedule interviews of candidates using reliable recruiting tools and methods to filter candidates efficiently.
  • Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitude in the first telephonic round.

Employee Onboarding:


  • Onboard new employees until they are fully integrated into the system.
  • Monitor and apply HR best practices for recruitment.

Pipeline Building:


  • Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports for analysis to the team.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

MBA/P.G.D.M in Human Resources (Preferred)

Experience:
At-least 2-3 years of experience in hiring doctors/medical professionals.
