For this role, you will be working as a Regional Account Director. The domain for this position is BFSI, and it requires 15-20 years of technology sales experience, working with large Indian Enterprises.

You should have a minimum of 6-8 years of sales experience working with IT services organizations. Proven experience closing multi-million dollar deals in areas like ERP transformation, Data/AI, Mobility, Customer experience, Strategic outsourcing is also required.

A good understanding of the regional market, having strong CXO and OEM relationships, is essential for this role. Strong communication skills are also necessary.
