Senior Sales Director

As a Senior Sales Director at Pricol Travel Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for driving corporate sales revenue growth and developing strategic business relationships with key clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proven 5+ years of experience in Corporate Sales within the travel industry, with a focus on expanding business volume with large clients
- Collaborate closely with the Operations team to ensure seamless selling processes and successful contract negotiations with external customers
- Identify, qualify, and develop RFP/RFQ opportunities, while establishing strong relationships with new customers
- Investigate and implement new sales projects, including Leisure Group and MICE initiatives
- Liaise with the travel coordinator finance team and decision-makers within the Corporate client base
- Excellent English communication skills and local language proficiency
Requirements:
- Strong sales background with a proven track record in the travel industry
- Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team
