Channel Sales Director

We are looking for a Channel Sales Director who can lead our health insurance channel and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and interpersonal skills, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.
About the JobThe Channel Sales Director will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve business growth
- Managing a team of agents to ensure timely and accurate commission payments
- Collaborating with agency partners to develop joint business plans
Responsibilities
- Adhering to all regulatory requirements, including IRDA guidelines
- Ensuring quality and compliance of all insurance applications
- Providing support and guidance to agents on policy services and customer queries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or PG-1 years of experience in Sales field or insurance sales preferred
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
