Production Supervisor

 

  • This role is responsible for supervising the production team and ensuring that all manufacturing processes are carried out in accordance with established procedures.

 

Responsibilities:
  • Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve overall performance.

 

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • At least 12 years of experience in a production management role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Technical knowledge of molding processes and materials.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

 

Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of SAP.
  • APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and Control Plan documentation.
  • DOE for Molding Process.
  • Molding machine Specifications and selection.
