Job Title: Mobile Solutions Architect

Duration: 3 Months / Remote Job

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Solutions Architect to join our team and lead the development of a robust mobile device management system.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in creating Android Enterprise Accounts for app store management and user administration, as well as deploying compatible MDM platforms for Android devices via Microsoft Intune.
  • This role requires a strong understanding of security policies, including encryption, password protocols, permitted applications, remote wipe, and secure connectivity to internal resources.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring integration with internal Entra applications and tools, establishing secure authentication and authorization for mobile users.
  • In addition, they will provide support and training resources for end-users and IT staff, including onboarding assistance, troubleshooting guides, and escalation procedures.
  • The chosen individual will also be responsible for maintaining ongoing oversight of the MDM environment, regularly updating policies and monitoring compliance, device health, and security threats.
  • They will design and configure a mobile-based Android VPN solution to access applications not accessible via public cloud.
  • This role involves providing Tier 2/3 level support for escalated tickets related to Mobile Device Management (MDM) enrollment, management, or imaging issues from front-line IT teams and other internal IT resources during the hypercare period.
  • The successful candidate will also support the transition of ownership and management of Intune Endpoint Platform to a new provider, recipient, or staff member.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish a robust Mobile Device Management (MDM) system
  • Create an Android Enterprise Account for app store management and user administration
  • Deploy a compatible MDM platform for Android devices via Microsoft Intune
  • Configure integration with internal Entra applications and tools
  • Design and configure a mobile-based Android VPN solution
  • Provide Tier 2/3 level support for escalated tickets related to MDM enrollment, management, or imaging issues
  • Support the transition of ownership and management of Intune Endpoint Platform
