**Job Title:** Technical Modeler for MEP Systems

**Job Description:

  • We are seeking a skilled technical modeler to join our team. As a BIM Modeller MEP, you will be responsible for developing detailed models from drawings, sketches and calculations for MEP services for a diverse range of construction projects.

You will work closely with architects, design engineers, interior designers, and project managers to understand design intent and project requirements. Your expertise in using BIM authoring tools will provide technical support to the project team.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed Revit models and construction documentation for MEP services from schematic design through construction phases for architecture, interior and landscape design schemes.
  • Closely collaborate with architects, design engineers, interior designers, and project managers to understand design intent and project requirements.
  • Set up linked models and coordinate models across disciplines.
  • Follow established BIM execution plans and adhere to project specific documentation. Ensure models follow established standards and goals in the BIM execution plan.
  • Create discipline specific BIM system families for projects.
  • Generate accurate floor plans, sections, details, schedules and quantity take-offs.
  • Ensure in development of coordinated and clash-free models in coordination with the design team.
  • Maintain and organize Revit project files, libraries, and standards.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma in MEP Engineering Design
  • Fresher to 8 years of experience as a Revit Modeller with a strong portfolio demonstrating experience in modelling MEP services in architectural and interior fit-out projects.
  • Ability to take lead in resolving issues and challenges.
  • Expert proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD.
  • Strong understanding of construction documents, detailing, and building materials.
  • Familiarity with relevant building codes and standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, MEP drawings.
