Electrical Sales Engineer Role Overview

This position involves acting as the primary contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • We seek a skilled professional to interact with clients, address inquiries and complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for staying informed about company products and services, industry trends, and best practices to provide accurate information.

Main Responsibilities:

  • The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, utilize active listening to understand customer needs, and offer effective solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancing the customer experience and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Process customer orders and returns quickly and accurately, maintaining and updating customer records in the company database promptly and accurately.
  • Prepare reports on customer satisfaction levels and highlight areas for improvement.
  • Train and mentor new customer service representatives on company policies and procedures.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • 0-2 years of experience in sales or customer service.
