Job Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Foster a high-performing team by hiring, training, and mentoring Distributor Sales Representatives (DSRs) to optimize their skills and meet business objectives.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement effective sales plans that drive revenue, volume, and mix in line with company goals, ensuring seamless deployment of product assortments and optimal POST placement in target markets.
- Distributor & Channel Management: Collaborate with distributors to expand reach, maintain consistent sales performance, and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for daily and weekly routines, invoicing, and market activities.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly review and report on key sales metrics, such as invoicing, revenue, collections, and product performance, to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Strategic Thinking: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that drive results.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors and SSOs.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools, with experience in leveraging technology to enhance sales performance.
