We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Accor. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the Front desk, ensuring that all service standards are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to our guests.
  • Lead and manage all aspects of the Front desk, ensuring that all service standards are followed.
  • Check and maintain the Duty Manager safe in accordance with company procedures.
  • Advise the Front Office Manager of any matters relating to guests, their welfare and behavior.
  • Handle guest concerns and react quickly, logging and notifying the relevant areas.
  • Attend to all guest complaints immediately and initiate follow-up.
  • Balance operational, administrative and colleague needs.
  • Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way.
  • Follow department policies, procedures and service standards.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
  • Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.
  • Ability to speak other languages.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.
