About the Role

Actualise Business Solutions is seeking a skilled Procurement Manager to lead our procurement function, ensuring efficient acquisition of goods and services at competitive prices while maintaining quality supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Purchasing Strategy Development: Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company goals and operational needs.
  • Cost Savings and Optimization: Identify cost-saving opportunities, optimize supply chains, and ensure procurement processes deliver value to the organization.
  • Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms to secure the best deals while ensuring quality and reliability.
Requirements
  • Experience: 8 to 10 years in heavy-duty fabrication or construction equipment industry and vehicle body manufacturing industry.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record of successful vendor management.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of ₹25 lakhs - ₹35 lakhs per annum based on experience. Additional benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
